You might recognise Taiwanese model-actress Andrea Chen (陳匡怡), 36, from her appearances in music videos, such as Jay Chou’s ‘Promised Happiness’ and Wang Leehom’s ‘Bo Ya Cuts The Strings’.

During the peak of her popularity, Andrea, who used to be known as “Little Vivian Chow”, thanks to her resemblance to the Hong Kong star, starred in hit dramas including In Time With You (2011) and Prince William (2014).

Andrea has since taken a step away from the spotlight, opting to keep a low-profile outside of showbiz.

However, she was recently spotted by the paparazzi in public, with her behaviour raising eyebrows.

She was said to have visited the dentist and dined at a nearby cafe before checking in for the night at a hotel.

Many were confused to see her staying at a hotel as her home is known to only be a slight distance away from the area she was at.

Perhaps, she’s on a solo staycation?

The next day, Andrea checked out of the hotel and she again visited the cafe before heading to a department store to buy a charging cable.

She went on do some shopping, which was when things got rather odd, to say the least.

When she spotted a shirt she liked, instead of going into a dressing room to try it on, Andrea simply removed her top in full view of everyone.

She seemed unbothered by the fact that many could see her standing there in just her bra.

Who needs a changing room?

Andrea was said to have left the shop empty-handed after trying on a few tops, seemingly in the same chill way. She was later seen walking home.

Netizens were left scratching their heads at her strange behaviour and it’s not because she’s a recognisable figure.

“She looks a little out of it, it’s concerning,” commented a netizen.

Others also pointed out that she looked “lonely”, with many believing that her personal space should have been respected in the first place.
